After you have called us we arrange for a surveyor to contact you to finalise the booking details.
The surveyor will then come to your house and give you a full working demo and test trial to see if you are comfortable with the stairlift. If you are happy to proceed, the surveyor will measure up the staircase and ensure no surrounding objects will obstruct the pathway of the stairlift. If there are any obstructions such as radiators, they will need to be repositioned. The surveyor will be able to explain any further coarse of action if that is required. The surveying can take upto one hour, ensuring the measurements are precise. The surveyor will be able to provide you with a fully guaranteed quote. From here you can decide whether you would like to purchase one of the stairlifts.
Upto seven working days later, your tailored built stairlift will be ready for installation. The installation team will visit at a time convenient for you. The installation process usually takes less than one hour for a straight stairlift. The team are very efficient and respect your home by leaving it as it was found
After installation you will be given a demonstration on how to operate the stairlift and you will be provided with the aftercare communication contact details. This is usually a good time to ask any further questions you have about your stairlift. The aftercare help line is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
